About Us
On January 14, 1990, 4 members and spouses from the neighboring Rotary Clubs of Lanner and Richmond, B.C., District 5040, met informally to discuss the merit of creating a Fellowship through Fine Dining and within the mandate of the Rotary International rules for World Fellowship activities.
One of our main criteria was that the membership should not be composed only of members from any single Rotary Club, but in the true spirit of Rotary, it should be composed of members from many different Rotary Clubs within the district and neighboring districts.
One year later, on April 3, 1991, with the blessing of at least 4 district governors from 4 different districts (as required by R.I.) and 22 members from 7 neighboring Rotary Clubs of District 5040, Chapter 1-Richmond, British Columbia, Canada, received approval from Rotary International.
