Lemon juice pasta with Mazara red prawn and strawberry tartare

| 500 g lemon juice pasta from the "La fabbrica della pasta di Gragnano" pasta factory | |
| 300 g Mazara del Vallo red prawn, already cleaned | |
| One untreated lemon | |
| Salt to taste | |
| Pepper to taste | |
| 2 punnets of strawberries | |
| 150 g peeled almonds | |
| Extra virgin olive oil to taste |
| 1. | Marinate the prawn cut into small pieces with oil, juice of one lemon, grated lemon zest, salt and pepper. |
| 2. | While the pasta is cooking in plenty of salted water, add the strawberries sliced into rounds to the tartare. |
| 3. | With the Mini Piper, prepare a cream of almonds, water and a little salt. |
| 4. | Dress the pasta with the tartare and finally add the almond cream. |
