Ingredients

500 g lemon juice pasta from the "La fabbrica della pasta di Gragnano" pasta factory
300 g Mazara del Vallo red prawn, already cleaned
One untreated lemon
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 punnets of strawberries
150 g peeled almonds
Extra virgin olive oil to taste

Instructions

1.Marinate the prawn cut into small pieces with oil, juice of one lemon, grated lemon zest, salt and pepper.
2.While the pasta is cooking in plenty of salted water, add the strawberries sliced into rounds to the tartare.
3.With the Mini Piper, prepare a cream of almonds, water and a little salt.
4.Dress the pasta with the tartare and finally add the almond cream.
