Instructions

1.Soak the required amount of rice in water for half an hour
2.Drain and mix with the minced meat, eggs, Parmesan, salt and pepper and a little parsley
3.Form small meatballs, fry them (they are good like this too) and then cook in meat or vegetable broth
4.The cooking time depends on the rice, until it is cooked through
