Rice and meat meatballs in broth
| 1. | Soak the required amount of rice in water for half an hour |
| 2. | Drain and mix with the minced meat, eggs, Parmesan, salt and pepper and a little parsley |
| 3. | Form small meatballs, fry them (they are good like this too) and then cook in meat or vegetable broth |
| 4. | The cooking time depends on the rice, until it is cooked through |
